Allison Bond is an accomplished music executive known for her strategic vision and leadership in the entertainment industry. With over a decade of experience across diverse roles, she has made significant contributions to artist management, record label operations, and content production.
Beginning her career at Dave Stewart Entertainment, Allison served as General Manager from August 2010 to December 2013. During this period, she adeptly managed the business and creative affairs of multi-Grammy award-winning artist and producer Dave Stewart. Her role involved leading a growing team and overseeing a variety of high-profile collaborations with artists such as Annie Lennox, Stevie Nicks, and Gwen Stefani. Additionally, she developed and produced several film and television projects, including “Malibu Country” and the documentary “Stevie Nicks: In Your Dreams.”
From December 2013 to January 2019, Allison took on the role of Artist Manager at Dave Stewart Entertainment. She successfully strategised and executed plans for a roster of ten emerging and established artists, significantly enhancing their brand and revenue prospects. Her ability to forge industry-leading partnerships with platforms like YouTube and Spotify further amplified the visibility and growth of her artists’ fanbases.
In June 2021, Allison assumed the position of President at Bay Street Records, where she worked until September 2023. Here, she oversaw the day-to-day business of both Bay Street Records and Stardust Music Worldwide. Her expertise in formulating global campaign strategies and navigating market opportunities ensured the effective promotion and success of a diverse array of artists, including Joss Stone and Beverley Knight.
