Lola Lennox, born on 10th December 1990, is a British singer-songwriter and model, celebrated for her soulful voice and emotive songwriting. The daughter of iconic Scottish singer Annie Lennox and Israeli film producer Uri Fruchtmann, Lola grew up in London alongside her sister, Tali Lennox. Her upbringing was steeped in creativity, with music playing a central role in her life from an early age.
Lola began learning piano at the age of seven and often composed songs in her parents’ basement as a teenager. She later honed her craft by studying classical singing at the Royal Academy of Music in London. Influenced by legendary artists such as Dusty Springfield, Nina Simone, and Ella Fitzgerald, Lola developed a distinctive style that blends timeless elegance with contemporary sensibilities.
Her professional music career took off in 2014 when she performed alongside Ciara at Vogue’s Fashion Experience in Dubai. In 2015, she appeared on television with her mother during the PBS concert special “Annie Lennox: Nostalgia in Concert.” Lola’s talent continued to shine as she contributed to the soundtrack of the BBC/Discovery Channel docu-series “Serengeti” in 2019, co-writing and performing several tracks.
In 2020, Lola released her debut single, “In the Wild,” which was praised for its soaring melodies and heartfelt lyrics. She followed this with “Pale,” a poignant song exploring themes of grief and resilience. Lola also performed a duet with her mother during the “One World: Together at Home” concert, showcasing her ability to connect with audiences on a global scale.
Now based in Los Angeles, Lola collaborates with her partner, Canadian musician Braeden Wright, as she continues to carve out her own path in the music industry.
