Henry Benefield

Henry Benefield is a versatile percussionist whose career spans decades, contributing to a wide range of musical projects across genres. His credits include work on Phil Brown & God’s Earth With Love’s The Beginning (1977), George LaMond’s In My Life (1992), and Dave Stewart’s Greetings From the Gutter (1994), where his percussion added depth to tracks like “Jealousy.” He also collaborated with Bootsy Collins on multiple projects, including Keepin’ Dah Funk “Alive” (1995), Fresh Outta ‘P’ University (1997), and World Wide Funk (2017).
