Michael Incavo is an American multi-instrumentalist and composer known for his work in jazz, pop and electronic music. Born in Buffalo, New York in 1993, he began studying piano at age five and later trained in saxophone and composition at the University of North Texas and Baylor University. His early career included performances with the U.S. Army Jazz Ambassadors and the New York Voices, as well as solo appearances with the Baylor Wind Ensemble.
Incavo has scored independent films and produced music for global retail and leisure outlets. He gained wider recognition through his collaborations with the pop duo Surfaces, contributing saxophone and keyboard parts to several of their tracks, including the multi-platinum hit “Sunday Best”. His playing has been featured on HBO, ESPN, Apple TV+, and across streaming platforms. With over a billion Spotify plays to his name and a reputation for soulful, expressive solos, Incavo continues to be a sought-after session musician and creative collaborator.
