Annie Lennox presented an award for BBC Global Reith Award for Best Global News Output last night at BAFTA in London. Myself and presenter Lucy Ash picked up the award, given to us by singer Annie Lennox and news presenter George Alagiah. The award was for aheartbreaking programme about inspirational Palestinian doctor, Izzeldeen Abuelaish, whose three daughters and a niece were killed when an Israeli rocket hit their home during the conflict.
