Beyond the pale
Scots diva Annie Lennox showed another side to herself as she took to the stage last night. In recent weeks, she's appeared looking deathly pale, wearing no make- up, to promote her new album Bare. But last night, she went rocking in a leather coat and woolly hat.
The 48-year-old Brit Award winner was performing live on stage in the Kingresshaus in Zurich, Switzerland. But then Annie's no stranger to sudden switches of image. The former Eurythmics star has previously stunned her fans by cropping her hair, dying it orange and appearing in a black bondage mask. The Swiss gig follows hard on a US tour to promote Bare, which is due out on June 9. (Daily Record) |
