A rare Eurythmics TV appearances makes No. 13 in a new BBC TV Show called “40 Hidden Music Treasures at the BBC”

A rare performance of the Eurythmics song When The Day Goes Down taken from their We Too Are One album has been featured in the BBC's 2 1/2 hour-long music show called 40 Hidden Music Treasures At The BBC.

The performance is taken from the "Wogan" show in 1989 with guest presenter Ben Elton and has Annie and Dave seated on the sofa performing the song acoustically. Unfortunately, the credits roll right over Dave and Annie, and the show puts an apology on the screen confirming this is the only recording of the performance they have, but still felt it was worth showing as part of the 40 hidden treasures.

We have to agree! There are a number of other rare performances from Pet SHop Boys, Elton John, Paul McCartney and Joni Mitchel amongst many many others!
