A treat today as we share some rare The Tourists videos from The Old Grey Whistle Test, brought to you from CS*2, a new archive of Eurythmics and Tourists videos

Today we are giving you a sneak preview of a project three of us have been working on for the last 2 years, with a project name of CS*2

We’re just getting ready with some of the final programming, but we have some real treats for you to today as a teaser of what is to come.

I’ll let Steve Kelly introduce the project to you all!

Over the last couple of years, myself Stephen Skelly, Steve Gayler and Craig Hogan have been collecting and collating all our Eurythmics related videos, music performances, rare interviews, live, studio and promotion performances, adverts, dvd recordings, old VHS cassettes and more.  The videos have been saved from old VHS and DVD files that have been collected by fans throughout the years and where possible we have improved the audio and visual quality of the recordings.

We are now in process of creating the video archive,  of over 1500 videos and recordings.

As a teaser of what is to come, I am pleased to announce, and after a long time searching,  I have managed to find some complete performances from the band that started it all The Tourists.  These performances on The Old Grey Whistle Test can be found on YouTube as separate videos, but it’s taken me a while to find the full performances and in such good quality.
