Stevie Nicks has released her new single, “Show Them the Way” with Dave Stewart on guitar and Dave Grohl on drums.
The track has been produced by Greg Kurstin and has been released as an acoustic track as well as the band recording track. Originally destined for the In Your Dreams album, Stevie Nicks wrote the song too late to be included, and it didn’t really fit with the rest of the album.
The song is inspired by a real dream Stevie Nicks had where she was playing a benefit concert when someone said, ‘Sing us a song, there’s a piano’/And handed me a drink/The room was full of hope/A song would set them free. You can see the video below.
