19th October? 2004 saw the release of the soundtrack album for Alfie.

The music score was composed by Mick Jagger, Dave Stewart  and John Powell, featuring 13 original songs and a remake of the original 1966 title song Alfie.

The song that received the most attention was Old Habits Die Hard which saw both Mich Jagger and Dave Stewart winning 4 awards. The first was the BFCA Award and the second was the Golden Globe and the third a Sierra Award and finally the World Soundtrack Award.

In the UK the film saw Joss Stone perform while in the USA it was Cheryl Crow. There were plenty of collectible CD’s and promo’s and press packs used to promote the film and was quite a feast for collectors!
