Record Store Day 2018 certainly added more excitement for Eurythmics fans in what had already been a busy week in purchasing the first 3 vinyl reissues.
The news reached most fans quite late in the day that the album had in fact also been remastered and was being issued on red vinyl in a highly limited run of just 2000 copies.
Interestingly, in the UK, the pressing has been issued on Virgin \ EMI while in the USA the pressing is issued on RCA and for the first time the RCA logo is seen on the label.
The artwork has also been altered, both on the cover and on the inner sleeve by none other than Laurence Stevens who has worked with Dave and Annie throughout most of their career.
So avid collectors, you may have to hunt out 2 copies to “complete” your Record Store Day 2018 collection.
In the mean time, take a look at the gallery below from the UK pressing.
