Dave Stewart’s first ever single, the Girl EP, is currently on sale on ebay here for £99.99.
The single contains 4 tracks and was recorded with Dave’s friend Brian Harrison who joined Longdancer with Dave.
The record features a couple of Dick Bradshaw songs, a traditional folk song and Deep December credited to both Dave and Brian as song writers. The record was recorded in a small local studio in Sunderland and was released on the Multichord label. Dave mentions in the book Sweet Dreams the Definitive Biography that the project was very small scale, and probably only a hundred copies exist.
