The Broadway production of Ghost the Musical will host a sneak peek presentation of the show with The Ghost Light Sessions Live, which will be held at the Lunt-Fontanne Theatre on Thursday, January 19 and streamed on Facebook on Tuesday, January 24 at 9am, 4:30pm, and 9pm.

The event will feature a first look at performances from the show, and will also feature discussions with cast and creative team members.

As previously reported, the Broadway production will once again star Richard Fleeshman and Caissie Levy, who will reprise their roles of Sam Wheat and Molly Jensen which they originated in both the West End and world premier Manchester productions of the show. The cast will also feature Bryce Pinkham as Carl Bruner and newcomer Da’Vine Joy Randolph as Oda Mae Brown.

Matthew Warchus will direct the production, which will begin previews on March 15, 2012 with an opening night set for April 23. The show, adapted from the hit film, has music and lyrics by Dave Stewart and Glen Ballard, and a book by Bruce Joel Rubin. It tells the story of a man who is trapped as a ghost between this world and the next and who is trying to communicate with his girlfriend through a phony psychic in the hope of saving her from his murderer. The score includes the iconic song “Unchained Melody,” famously performed in the film by The Righteous Brothers.
