As reported yesterday, Dave Stewart revealed the name of his recently recorded album in Nashville as The Blackbird Diaries. In conjunction with Nokia he is giving away 10 phones preloaded with his new album, details on how to win are in yesterday’s post here. He also later revealed yesterday this great album cover. Stevie Nicks, Colby Caillat & Martina McBride are all guests on the album which was recorded with Tom Petty’s guitarist Mike Campbell. As yet there is no official release date, but in a previous Tweet, Dave mentioned a single in January and the album in March. It’s also been revealed that the album will be available as a double gatefold lp vinyl release.
