Producer Colin Ingram said that Dave Stewart and Glen Ballard would continue to tweak the score and lyrics and work with director Matthew Warchus and writer Bruce Joel Rubin on the show’s book.
Paul Kieve has designed the illusions, and designer Rob Howell has created his sets around the machinery used for Kieve’s magic tricks (usually it’s the other way around).
The show will feature all original songs, though Ingram confirmed the producers have secured the rights to the song Unchained Melody, which played a prominent part in the film.
