Record Of The Week – Eurythmics Early Picture Discs.

This weeks records of the week are these 4 wonderful picture discs that quickly became a staple part of any Eurythmics collectors record collection.

The singles are Love Is A Stranger, Sweet Dreams, Right By Your Side and Here Comes The Rain Again. Strangely, Whos That Girl was missed out of getting a Picture Disc.

In their heyday, these picture discs used to sell for anything upwards of £20 – £25, but these days a price typically around the £5 – £10 is more common.  Unlike many picture discs, the Eurythmics sets appeared to have been manufactured at a very high quality as there is little to no fading being seen on the discs, and the vinyl isn’t yellowing as many do.
