As the new bill on digital downloads and illegal firesharing (The Digital Economy Bill) is passed by the UK Parliament, Dave Stewart was featured on the BBC Panorma show where he spoke briefly to Radio 1’s Jo Whiley.
In the interview Dave questions the bill. Its the most ridiculous solution he has heard for the entrainment industry to stop itself from collapsing. How will they ever stop filesharing, who is going to come up with something as clever as something that the next hacker will crack.
